This car has been very dependable for me, but now it does need some time and money put into it to bring it back to its former glory. There is a moonroof and Bluetooth; as well as AM/FM radio with Satellite capability and a CD player (single disc). It has a GPS system and the air conditioning runs nice and cold. The front bucket seats are power, with memory settings. The front and back seats are heated. Body-wise, it’s in pretty good shape with only a little rusting around the rear wheel-wells (see pix). It needs a tune-up and I believe it needs an alignment as it rides rougher than it used to. I bought two new tires last year but never had an alignment done. The rear seats and passenger seat are in reasonably good condition. The driver seat is worn so I put covers on the front seats to keep them from getting any more worn out. The dashboard has black electrical tape because my husband can’t stand seeing the red lights saying something needs to be fixed. (The tape has been there for years and we never noticed anything wrong!) A couple of the outside door handles have come loose, so they need to be retightened. This car would be ideal for someone who wants to restore it; or for someone who just needs a set of wheels to get from point A to point B without a fuss or heavy financial commitment. My hubby surprised me with a new (to-me) car and I just don’t need this one anymore. I’m thinking about keeping it anyway to use for around-town errands, and to keep the mileage down on our truck, so selling this car is not a priority. I’ve already re-registered it and am using it every other day myself. We had some heavy rains two days ago and yesterday we noticed there was water on the back passenger floor behind the driver seat. We have no idea where it came from. Ideally, I’d like the car to go to someone who wants it as a second car or a project car. No, the car is not perfect, but for someone with limited finances and basic driving needs – this could be the car for you.
