2004 Jeep Wrangler For Sale

I planned on this being my forever Jeep but I am forced to sell it as I just found out I’m moving overseas. This is a 2004 Wrangler LJ that has been converted to a Scrambler. You’d be surprised how many people think it is a CJ! I’ve done my best to try to make it as close to the 80s model as possible. 100% Jeep parts except the lights. The graphics were purchased from an authorized mopar dealer and guaranteed to last 25+ years and the roll bar (which is welded in) came out of a CJ. The good: New paint job in 2023. New American racing wheels, new 31 Yokohama MT tires, touchscreen for phone/music, 2 lift/leveling kit, knock off day lighters with authentic KC covers, the bed and the interior flooring have been rhino lined, completely new braking system; rotors, pads, e-brake all recently replaced. I believe the engine had around 210k miles when I bought it. In the 35k miles I’ve driven it, the only problem I’ve had is with the tensioners and it was in and out of the shop within hours. I’ve had no problems with the engine at all. The bad: It will need an engine rebuild at some point. These engines are notorious for going 300k+ but nothing runs forever. The check engine light stays on. It’s always the same code and if you replace the spark plug it will stay off for a while. No AC. I spent $1400 and it’s still leaking. Part of the problem was the garage I used. It’s a convertible so I gave up. Heat works great. There is a leak in the cab (but it’s waterproof). It’s a two person job to fix it and I live alone. I will throw in the caulk and a gun and explain how to fix it. Lights are not hooked up/functional. I spent too much on this jeep to actually off road it so I just wanted them for the look.
