2006 Chrysler PT Cruiser For Sale

If you have been looking for one of these beautiful, iconic and rare Route 66 PT Cruisers for your collection (or a great gift idea for the collector in your life) this is the one you’ve been waiting for. I promise. This is it. You will most likely never find a nicer one. This car belongs in a collector’s stable where it can be kept safe and admired by other car enthusiasts. I have had this car for one year now and the lady who owned it for the first 19 years of its life TOTALLY pampered it . The paint is in positively gorgeous condition! The car LITERALLY looks and runs like it couldn’t be more than 2 years old. Everyone who sees it simply can’t believe it’s 20 years old! And even though the car is from Indiana, there are no rust issues anywhere worth mentioning. The original owner started having problems with the transmission going into limp mode and she did not want to put any more money into her 19 year-old car to find out what the problem was and get it fixed. But I own another PT Cruiser (a red 2007 model) which I have done a lot of work on. So I bought this from the dealership where the original owner had traded it in. Fortunately, after some testing, I discovered the problem with the tranny was the car’s main computer sending bad signals to the tranny so it was a pretty easy fix and now the transmission works flawlessly. Aside from the tranny, I have fully documented everything that I serviced and/or replaced…EVERYTHING that needed work, fluids, hoses, bearings, bushings, alternator, pwr steering pump, tires, brakes etc etc. There is nothing left to be done. It’s perfect. So, I had written more than two pages of descriptions all about this car, what I have invested in it, the small amount of (reversable) customization I did, and why I’m selling it. Unfortunately, as it turns out, Autotrader only allows 2000 words here. Yarghh!
